Payments & Pricing

• 50% deposit required to commence work
• Balance due upon project completion
• Additional revisions may incur extra charges

Project Timelines

Project durations vary based on scope and complexity. We will provide estimated timelines but cannot guarantee exact completion dates due to:

• Client response times
• Revision requests
• Technical complexities
• Third-party dependencies

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide timely feedback and approvals
• Supply all necessary materials and information
• Make timely payments as agreed
• Ensure provided content doesn't infringe on third-party rights

Intellectual Property

Ownership rights transfer as follows:

• Final designs become client property upon full payment
• We retain the right to display work in our portfolio
• Source files may require additional licensing

All preliminary concepts remain our property until final payment.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use our services to create content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discriminatory material
• Promotes illegal activities

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to fees paid for services
• We make no warranties beyond those expressly stated
